Shipping
We're a small team, but we'll try to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Our team will need 24-48 hours to process, pack and ship your order out. Once your order has left our facility, it will take approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered to your door.
All orders over $40 will ship for free. Orders over $120 will get free express shipping (1-2 days).
If your order is under $40, your shipping rate will be calculated during check-out but you can expect the shipping charge to be $4-$6.
Express shipping options are also available for more urgent orders.
Please wait 24 hours after your order has been marked as delivered. Most orders will normally show up the next day. If your order has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact the shipping carrier right away as they will be able to help locate your package.
Yes! If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us right away at team@anhem.tech or reply directly to your order confirmation email. We can no longer change or cancel your order once it has shipped out.
Returns
You have 45 days from your purchase date to return your order. All returns must be in new and unused condition.
Returns for exchanges get a free prepaid return label.
Returns for store credit get a free prepaid return label + $1.99 bonus to their credit
Returns for a refund receive a prepaid return label which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

After your return has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
Products
All Anhem products are backed by our 12 month warranty from any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic or user damage.
Our Apple Watch bands can easily be resized. Please refer to our owner's guide to find instructions for your purchase.
If you prefer for our team to resize the band for you, we offer an in-house adjustment service where we resize the band for you prior to shipping.
Installing your brand new Anhem Apple Watch band only takes seconds.
- Turn your Apple Watch upside down
- Press and hold the tiny button where the band is connected to your watch, and slide the band out
- Repeat for the other side
- Slide in your new band in until you hear or feel a soft click. This means your band is locked in.
Note: There are 3 black buttons on the top side of your band. These 3 black buttons must face upward when installing on your watch.
You can easily check the size of your Apple Watch to know what sized band and case cover to get.
Look on the back of your Apple Watch and there will be a tiny engraving around the heart rate sensor telling you what size your watch is.
