Your Apple iPhone 7/7 Plus Cases Will Likely Fit iPhone 8/8 Plus

Good news iPhone 7 and 8 owners!  The brand new Apple iPhone 8's dimensions are very similar to the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.  The differences are only by mere fractions.  This means your old iPhone 7 cases will likely fit the new iPhone 8 cases!  

We even took a peak at Apple's iPhone 8 accessories page and they also list their cases for the iPhone 7 as compatible with the iPhone 8 as well.  

Here are the specs for the iPhone models in case you were wondering:

• iPhone 7: 138.3 mm X 67.1 mm X 7.1 mm and weighs 138 grams
• iPhone 8: 138.4 mm X 67.3 mm X 7.3 mm and weighs 148 grams
• iPhone 7 Plus: 158.2 mm X 77.9 mm X 7.3 mm and weighs 188 grams
• iPhone 8 Plus: 158.4 mm X 78.1 mm X 7.5 mm and weighs 202 grams

As you can see, the dimensions aren't identical but they are very close.  The weight for the iPhone 8 is heavier due to the larger battery but that does not affect the dimension by much at all.  The cameras and all the ports are in the same location as well which means you won't have problems.
