Return Policy
OVERVIEW
You have 45 days from your order date to return your item(s) for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. The returning item(s) must be returned in new and unused condition (and in its original retail packaging) or it may be subject to rejection or a restocking fee.
NOTE: Only store credit & exchange returns will receive a free return label.
Is the exchanging item you want out of stock? Request a free store credit return. Once it is restocked, you can use your credit to place a new order.
REQUESTS FOR STORE CREDITS: You will be sent a free prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received, we will issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card sent to your e-mail.
REQUESTS FOR EXCHANGES: You will receive a free prepaid shipping label. Once your return is received, we will arrange to ship your new item(s) back out to you for free with no tracking by default. We recommend you request to add tracking for $4.50 in the notes section when you submit your request if you want to track and ensure your delivery. We are not liable for lost packages with no attached tracking number.
If you are exchanging multiple items, please request a separate exchange for each item. This will allow you to select the new color and size for your new replacement item and you may ship them all back together in one package.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS: You will receive a charged return shipping label. The price of the label will be deducted from your total refunded amount. Fee for the return label is $5.99. Once it is received, your refund will take 1 working week to process (longer during holidays and/or peak season).
RETURN LABELS
For your convenience, return labels will be provided to you right after you complete your request. It will be attached as a document within your approval e-mail where you can open, download, and print.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Our products are backed by our 12-month limited warranty and are eligible for a free exchange or store credit from the date of purchase. If your item(s) are found to be defective, please contact our customer support and we will be happy to assist you. A photo and description of the defect will be required for approval. We may also offer alternative solutions in the case that some part(s) are fixable and/or replaceable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to: Bundle deals, mystery boxes, watch band link adjustment service, adjustment tools, and some limited time sales. International orders outside of USA are also non-returnable.
IMPORTANT
- It is the buyers responsibility to package the return item(s) with care. We are not responsible for any damages and/or missing item(s) due to poor packaging. If your item(s) are returned damaged or missing, you may not receive your full refund value, or your exchange request may be rejected.
- Once your exchange or warranty is processed, your product is no longer eligible for a refund.
- Please allow up to 5 business days once we have received it (longer during peak & holiday periods) for returns to be processed though they are normally processed much sooner.

Received the wrong item in your order or a defective/damaged item on arrival? Please contact us within 7 days of your delivery at team@anhem.tech for a free replacement.
